"I've always said you remain brothers for life and that's something that has to be kept."
Essentially: I have reluctantly decided to keep Ed as my brother so as not to break past promises.
having previously ruled out not being brothers any more by ruling out the prospect of changing his stance on being brothers for life despite now ruing what he had previously ruled.
plus the minge.
modship's not really providing enough any more
Fucking hell, I wasn't aware. I don't think you've ever mentioned it before.
You seem the type.
you've properly done me in at the idea of putting DiS modding on a CV for a community management job
and adequete for all.
Because I do not feel that the current offerings are realistic in terms of what they are stating the issues are and their solutions/approaches to these issues.
Because I feel that many other candidates seem to be content to accept compromise(where others lose out) in return for pragmatic success, and/or accept failure due to inflexible uncompromising dogma.
(I actuall think that that last para is probably quite good, although I need to work on its snappyness and impact.....it might be something that I do run with)
with my own special brand of uncompromising dogma"
in the same post, because this reflects the duality of what is needed.
i.e. we want to not compromise the important things out of meaningful existance so that they fail to achieve what was intended, we do not want to back track on our aims........and yet at the same time we also do not want to stick to rigid dogma, where circumstances mean that it is not sensible or fair to apply, given the overall situation.
This sort of duality is where much conventional politics fail, due largely to the binary mindset pragmatism that is extant...they often fall into the worst of both ideas
(excuse the binaryism but I have to employ the vernacular and concept to gain purchase 'in your world')
Me? I aim for the best of both, non dogmatic non compromise.
