I don't know about your music, please help.
Mary J Blige has a song I liked once.
had really cool hair in the vid too
problem is she is a fur wearer, so shes a bit of a git.
filming as an extra for that video
but imagine she would be unbearable live
Surprised you haven't heard of him, he's really very popular and high profile
not one of those weird 12pm slots at a massive stage with loads of normos standing round bemused or enjoying it ironically
But isnt that about right for Glasto? Everyone is catered for in a small way, spend the rest of the time on acid.
i'll be spending most of the week throwing a perpetual birthday party somewhere in the theatre and circus bit. if it's anyone's bday during glasto, pop along!
Go and see Young Fathers regardless of whether or not you like their recorded output, they're astonishingly good as a live act.
bit ethereal for me, but I'll take your word for it and see them if it makes sense at the time
They're intense as fuck live, can't imagine them not winning around most people who are generally into music in a live setting.
The Moody Blues(!)
Run the Jewels
The George Clinton/Funkadelic thing
spend the rest of the time drinking mushroom tea and being a bellend
which still isn't many. Also only like 5-6 of those are ones I'd actually really want to watch.
and not just a clever name!!
Run The Jewels
George Clinton/Parliament/Funakdelic/Family Stone
Other than that I'd only want to see Patti Smith, Super Furry Animals, Sharon Von Etten, Courtney Barnett, Kanye and DFA 1979.
Enter Shikari are playing? They still exist?
Whenever I see festivals I just think yeah but camping and getting there and the toilets and stuff just make it shit cba
And then I think about holidays and cba with the inconvenience might as well just die now I cba with anything
Is there a newspaper law that says that any article about festivals has to be illustrated by a female festivalgoer, arms aloft, on someone's shoulders?
you're not going to be able to draw very good illustrations with your arms aloft, atop someone's shoulders
But yes. Bonus points if One Day Like This is playing.
