and if you eat a balanced diet you're unlikely to need them. I have health issues which means I need to take overwhelming amounts of iron and b12 or else I faint.
If you have a good, balanced diet, you're just making your urine quite expensive. If you are deficient in some aspect of your diet (e.g. some vegan diets) or health, then can be useful.
so throwing as much as you can at it tends to help.
so I supplement the shit out of myself just in case and I feel more energetic when I take multi vits than when I don't. It might be a placebo, who the fuck knows, but I feel better when I take them so I don't care.
I think my diet/ lifestyle are reasonably good but almost wrote this word-for-word in my (abandoned) response.
I'm happy to spend £15/year on something which has the effect of making me think I feel better.
