I've decided this isn't for me. Woe betide anyone who changes the properties of a Boost.
1) Milky Ways aren't that nice, but that's by the by
2) all it does it make them cold. literally. they don't become something magically Other when frozen
3) Milky Way ice creams already exist! (or at least they used to?) and they're nicer
I can't comment on 2 because I'm not the sort of nutter who does this.
In fact I'd go so far to say that Milky Way ice creams are the only nice example of Milky Way. Similarly Snickers Ice Cream is way better than a regular Snickers.
Quality dark chocolate or anything with a decent flavour should be room temperature.
But your cheaper varieties are nicer when chilled, as it makes them a little less icky sweet. Snickers, Mars etc should always be eaten from the fridge. If you really have to eat them at all.
Try it with ice cream. Straight from the freezer is lovely. Let it melt to room temp and you can hardly swallow it, it's so sweet.
Can't argue with the science there ;)
Hence why shit lagers try to get themselves served as cold as possible.
are kind of the definition of modern science
so lower temperature means less melty chocolate fat
If you make ice cream you need to make the mix sickeningly sweet so that it will taste right after you have frozen it.
It was getting a bit squishy.
Enjoyed it cooler and crisper.
You need to pick and choose, though. A refrigerated Double Decker, for example, is a fucking horror show. Chilled Fry's Peppermint Cream, though? Yes please.
Bounty <<<<<<< Bounty Ice Cream
snickers << snickers ice cream
Can this be real? Putting chocolate in the fridge?
Bounties that have been in the fridge are great
