So posting in the breakfast thread got me thinking about my lifestyle. Let's compare notes on the 5 main areas of blanket health things (so I can hopefully feel slightly better about my choices):
Smoking (if yes how many): Yes, 40 a day (60/70 if I am drinking)
Drinking (how often/much): 5 days a week, equivalent in pints 8/9 average per session
Eating well, out of 10: I'd say a 6 on average.
Drugs: Not for years.
Exercise: Actually pretty decent with this mainly resistance/body weight.
