I mean, it's not up there with a proper, actual meal, but as far as supermarket options go it's pretty decent.

If so, get some Goat's Cheese, beetroot, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, radish and a red pepper.
Slice it all up, mix in a bowl with some pepper and a little juice from the beetroot if you get a jar. Maybe a nice piece of bread on the side. Enjoy.
I do this for lunch a couple of times a week, delicious, semi-healthy, easy as pie.
microwave only though, fancy something warm
might just get rubbish soup and a rubbish bagel
a block of cheese, some nice cuts of ham and a bag of salad. Make one sandwich, promise to do it everyday, then leave it all to rot in the office fridge when you decide to go to Pret tomorrow.
