paleontologists are way more calorific than you think, trust me on this
seems like pretty much any sensible diet really. The name makes it sound very exciting though. Combine it with being made to grow, forage and kill your own food and you will be sorted in no time.

Well, I would have strong coffee and a banana. Then a small-ish lunch, maybe just a salad or a sandwich. More fruit for snacks, coffee and tea. Plenty of walking, no real vigorous exercise. Then anything I wanted for tea. I would have this quite late to avoid snacking.
