You know how if you're changing wines and you've got a bit left in your glass and you always finish that before starting a new one?
Well I used to be like you but no more.
Fuck it, just pour the pinot on top of the chenin - they're both nice, mixed up a bit they'll still be nice.
I realise that this may be a bit controversial - DEAL WITH IT.
(I mean red to different red or white to white - I'm not a total savage!)
