Corgi Homecare, name and shame you big shower of incompetent bell-ends, have utterly screwed me over. For three weeks now we've only had intermittent hot water and heating due to a fault in our boiler. We have boiler cover with them but they have seemed singularly uninterested in doing anything about it.
I phoned to speak to their complaints department, got told 'there's no-one there at the moment, here's their email'. Emailed them. Days later.... nothing. Not even an acknowledgement of the complaint
What do I do? I am guessing the word 'ombudsman' features somewhere in the reply but I don't actually know what one is.
