Anything really - director, technician, whatever. Just really interested to hear people's experiences.
And I've been to a few
but my mate was a dresser on Guys & Dolls when Patrick Swayze (RIP) was in it and she said he showed them that move he does at the end of dirty dancing, y'know the new part of the dance he invented, this bit LOL...
and she said it was the most surreal moment of her life
and my job is writing about it, suppose that's not quite the same. I guess the quality of people's experiences depends on where you work, I have a mate who does sound at the National Theatre and it seems like a really great job; most of the more creative types freelance and it can be surprising how much a financial struggle it can be for even quite successful people (interesting report published the other day about how much directors earn: http://www.theguardian.com/stage/2015/jan/08/theatre-directors-survey-low-wages-britain)
