have hardly any sleep
the more you sleep the more you're anxious
me and the boards had become one. as i'm sobering up i'm becoming more aware of the fact i'm in a bedroom and there's a monitor that separates me from it all.
just something i want you to all take note of before next week's lecture
it's a convenient excuse though as it'll never be tested
It's just one incongruous thread, will barely matter in the morning
but think sleeping pattern is more important, getting up at 3 in the afternoon every day is fucking horrible, i have to get up at half 6 now and that's not great but less anxious yeah
so maybe it is true
if you have a decent sleep (8 hours) you'll be much less chatty than you would be on about 5 hours.
i find it helps to get up early enough for you to have like 2 hours where you don't have to do any work and can just sit around reading, or watching porn or just stare at the wall. developed this technique after reading that, apparently, when cannabis is prescribed medicinally for anxiety, the best time to take it is before work, where you've got "you time" so you can destress and not feel pressured to do something.
but if I did this I'd have to get up at 5.30am (on work days). No thanks.
