Can someone sticky this please.
who won't refund me and is palming the blame onto some other seller or some shite. We have the same email battle every single day. He always thanks me for my patience. I have shown no patience for quite some time.
he usually asks me to wait a certain number of days but hasn't bothered this time. I first complained on 8th November.
Thank you for your email.
I'm afraid that the delay was caused because the manager, whom I needed to speak to about this, was not working until today and I could therefore not escalate it as soon as I wanted and I genuinely apologise for the time frame taken here. I've done this as a matter of urgency this morning and I am happy to let you know that my manager has been made aware of this issue, and it has been escalated appropriately. You will be contacted in due course by either the merchant or one of our team about a further update.
Thanks so much for your patience and if you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to come back to me and I will be more than happy to help or you can visit our new help section which can be accessed by clicking on 'Help' on the Rakuten's Play.com homepag
Who was the seller and what did you buy?
My company sells on there - but we don't sell a lot.
They don't sell their own stuff anymore you know?
All merchants. They charge less commission than Amazon - but get far fewer sales and it's rife with fuckers who are clearly not paying any VAT - hi Zoverstocks.
Some quality wind up customer service templates they have - I'm going to nick the "Thank you for your patience" for ours.
I think they are called Glint. Just some inexpensive homeware as a gift. I'm only owed a tenner or so but it is just principle now.
Even if it costs you everything in the process. Can I make a documentary about it?
if it will help bring about the end of Rakuten.
I only signed up with them because they emailed me a voucher and made me think they were part of play.com (which they may be) and that my old account would work.
He signed up for a voucher. Two decades later he was living off the wild in Nicaragua. This is his story. PANAFLEX.
They're about to scrap off the current version of the marketplace and turn it into a fully global market sometime next year.
Been to a couple of Rakuten's where the owner did a talk. Really interesting guy - they're much bigger than Amazon in Japan. They're a really interesting company, the owner Hiroshi Mikitani changed their corporate language to English and did a really great talk about some of the merchants in Japan. One of them sells eggs online in Japan. Sells loads - apparently they send like 6 eggs for every one that you order to account for breakages.
At one of the talk things he was late starting because he was caught up in a "teleconference with the Japanese Prime Minister and the Minister of Trade" which as far as excuses go is a pretty good one.
Great business model.
what a little cock
which sounds like a penoid fantasy novel
Was a bargain, too.
But I'm sure you wouldn't be interested in that.
and that includes animal torturers inc
worse than Drowned in Sound Ltd?
No they are not. Apologies to Rakuten for suggesting this.
