We're cooking for about 14 people (of which 10 are meat-eaters) on Wednesday - having a Christmas roast.
I don't really want to do a massive turkey because (a) our oven would struggle and (b) meh turkey. So instead I'm thinking of doing individual chicken pieces for the meat-eaters.
So - any suggestions for nice things to do with chicken? Criteria:
- will consider any cut of chicken;
- must go well with the 'trimmings' of a roast dinner.
