below which you will not bother trying to get back when lost as a result of dodgy goods or short change or something?
Depends how convenient it is.
because it's so convenient.
I guess that's why they call them convenience stores!!
do i have to move anywhere/phone up/send off for it?
those are two different things.
If I've been short changed more than 5p I'd say something, if I have to fill out a form or phone someone probably £20
complaining about being short changed is usually just to show that I'm paying attention rather than being bothered about the money though
can do online - £8
Have to phone someone - £250
online - £5
phone someone - £10
post something - £25
Anything that involves a walk of 100 metres or fewer and/or a queue of approximately 2 minutes = no limit
Anything that involves a phonecall or filling out a form = £5
Anything that requires a short drive or a queue of over 10 minutes = £10
Anything likely to take a week or more to recover using all the above processes = £25
Anything above that I will stop at NOTHING for a refund/violent justice.
non-existant goods online for 8 quid that requires filling out a long form for a refund.
Short change: anything over 50p, I reckon. (Though when was the last time I ever got short-changed? Never).
Faulty goods: £5-£10 (if I could easily get there or do it over the phone / online); £50+ (if I had to make a special journey).
I've never asked for money off a rubbish meal. Really should have done.
