our attitudes towards how powerful men use their power to exploit children sexually need to change. It's not a minor issue. It seems to be a massive psychological issue in men in general. It seems we're just finally starting to lift the veil on it all.

For all the awful corruption in our country it doesn't feel to me like the US is willing to admit any big stains on their stars. Still, I'll be glad to be proved wrong and see Cosby and Woody Allen being properly scrutinised without their fame and money coming into it.
Basically, if you're a sex pest and you're involved in low-brow, light entertainment (Savile, Harris, Clifford) then you are going to do time, but if you're a broadsheet-approved high-brow type (Polanski, Peel, Allen) then it's all absolutely fine and you've nothing to worry about.
Cosby probably falls into the former category so he's fucked.
