2 and a half years of hotel beds + 4 years of sitting in meeting room chairs x being a BURMA = spine that looks like the latter stages of a Jenga game.
Ever since I tore the ligaments in it, it's been weak and there's a trapped nerve, or several, in there somewhere. I limp pretty much constantly these days, but especially after playing football or hockey.
Other than that, my eyes (bad eyesight, problems with focusing, slight strabismus when I'm tired), my knees (ache if I sit still for more than about 10 minutes), my skin (eczema and acne), my back (bad posture causing aches) are all things that irritate me, but which I've taught myself to ignore/manage.
When I moved from an office environment to primary teacher 7 years ago my back improved massively. Saw the chiropractor every 6 months. Recently I've had some really painful twinges that have just come from "sitting on the sofa in a funny way"
Probably being a bit overweight doesn't help tbh.
Fucking hate back pain.
I broke it whilst punching a door a while back and while it has of course healed it's not healed as i think it should have, think i am going to book myself to get it broken into place correctly in the new year.
it's not usually painful unless I'm exercising but unless I put a brace on it it always feels weirdly loose. Probably going to get a doctor to have a look at it on the weekend hoping it's just runners knee.
shoulder
been free of dislocations for three years+ now, but t'other day it wrenched and i'm hyper paranoid it's about to get bad again :-/
My face.
big woe
oh come on
I'll put you down for spleen?
i'm going to have to say it and that's

they struggle with changes in climate/humidity, and when they're bad i need to stretch them out lots every half hour or so or it's utter agony
Left calf, right shoulder

I take it your answer is ankles?

Can't even choose
Like sometimes my back, sometimes my skin, sometimes my womb, sometimes my lungs. Today it was my bum.
My back.

Recently started planking (not a typo btw)
which I think really helps with the back. Only takes a couple of minutes and strengthens core, including lower back etc.
Google it - worth a look maybe...
Heart
(lack thereof haha)
this bit
(wiggles flap)
Used to be my skin now I'm beautiful
My height probably. I'm 5'9 and most other men in my family are 6'1" plus. Shockin
A metacarpal (boxers fracture) in my right hand.

Whatever's responsible for temperature regulation.

Heart.
This sounds like I'm being deep. I'm not. Physically they both give me the most grief. Cheers for asking though, man. Really appreciate it. x
Not much
I'm in pretty good nick given my advancing years.
Digestive system - mainly small intestines.
Knees.
Back. All the way.
sometimes wish it would just fuck off completely, but it seems to be annoyingly essential.
