after you have brushed your teeth?
because you're not supposed to
and can lead to decay losing on average one tooth per year
if you don't rinse
youre basically rinsing it anyway
straight after you've brushed your teeth
brushing softens the enamel
and should floss after three
No, after three
because the floss rubs the toothpaste into the teeth, which is good
the ones that normally keep breaking down the bad stuff during the day
allegedly. i'm no dentist
because it's too strong
I mean: yes. A little.
I do, but maybe I wont after E_C's startling revelation.
I gleaned from a former disser who was once pretty big in the ol' dental communications sector:
you should brush your teeth BEFORE breakfast!
I know: quite remarkable.
especially if you have things like orange juice, coffee, tea for your breakfast, which most people will, because they're quite acidic – so when you go and brush your teeth with that acid still working on your enamel, you're damaging the enamel :(
i tend to just drink some water first to make the acid go away and then brush after breakfast anyway though, to make sure i don't have bits of food in my teeth.
hermano, you're gonna need a new account
speaking of which, anyone want ldnmetropolitanelite?
This is reminiscent of the downfall of David James
I mean the downfall of David May.
Do you brush your gums?
Because you're bloody supposed to.
