I love a sausage, me. I'd eat them every day if it weren't for the ol' bowel cancer risk they go hand-in-hand with.
As such, I've been investigating healthier alternatives. What say you, good folks of DiS? Tried the Quorn Chef's Selection this morning. They were passable... 6/10 at best.
Alternatively, if someone would like to state that the link between cured meats and bowel cancer is overblown and we should all ignore it, preferably citing some reputable sources, that'd be great too.
