I'm a big fan of napping. I nap as often as I can. But obviously having late naps fuck you (or at least you sleeping patterns) up a bit. Like, I'm considering having a nap right now cause I'm SO tired and have nothing else to do, but then I probably won't be able to get to sleep until sometime really, really late and then sleep most of tomorrow and then we've got that whole vicious circle thing going.
I don't know where I'm going with this really just felt like talking about naps
