Kelvingrove museum, goma, oh the hidden kane gallery has an amazing press photography exhibition. It's in Finnieston. Good places to eat and drink in Finnieston are tje Kelvingrove cafe, the Finnieston, crabshakk.
Mono/monorail/Good Press/13th Note/etc... wander round ^this bit of town, south of the Merchant City, behind Trongate 103 on your way from the Lighthouse in town to WEST German brewery via a stroll through Glasgow Green, stopping off at the Peoples' Palace & Winter Gardens on the way. Scope out the new Bridgeton Olympia Library and BFI Mediateque. The Women's Library is just across the road in the old library building. Hunt out the David Dale Gallery just past there. Look to your right (as you nip up to Tibo, Tapa or Coia's for a bite to eat) - BRUTAL! - they were the tallest residential towers in Europe at one time and won't be around for very much longer. Maybe visit the Shrigley-supported kid's gallery? Have a go on the Velodrome. View the new murals on the Tennent's factory; go on it's brewery tour; have a drink in the Drygate craft brewery. The Necropolis is next door - drop in for a look around; wave at a fox or a deer; snapchat some folks shooting amateur porn amongst the tombs. Have a nosey at the Cathedral and Museum of Religious Life, too. Skip round the corner and get wasted at McChuills listening to a ramshackle mash-up dj set by the coolest pensioner in town. You're welcome.
the fact that you'd happily send a tourist wandering down to bridgeton cross seems a tad cruel
