It's frustrating isn't it. Sometimes in social situations I have all these thoughts which I feel would make alright conversation fodder, but occasionally my brain just won't let me articulate them into speech that makes perfect coherent sense, even though I know how it's supposed to be said. My brain just freezes. But it doesn't happen all the time, just when I'm nervous or feeling a bit odd.
Might just be anxiety and me strenuously determining whether or not I should vocalise the thoughts in my mind at the time. Then occasionally someone else will say exactly what I was just thinking and everyone else is fine with it. But if I say it I'm 94% sure everyone will be like 'WTF!?'
Anyone else have this? Also, where's cat_race?
