Pretty sure I picked it up from Chintz, who must say it at least 50 times a day
I saw a work (not that that makes any difference) email that was addressed "Easy Chris".
if not why not?
I expect another 'alright' or a 'hiya'
and they say "good, you?" do you respond, or consider the greeting complete?
I quite like "s'happening?" as well.

It often backfires when people actually answer it as a question, when I wasn't really trying to start a conversation.
"wot up g?" and end the conversation with "stay rude"
except my bosses, where I use the more formal 'are you well?'
'Alright Dave, How are you?!' Which is like asking the same question twice
is always 'now then'
