I'm going with "no", but mostly because I'm lazy.
or at least didnt when i last went.
queues are nowhere near as bad as they used to be though
dunno about others
you can't book in advance and there is most likely going to be a queue, but shouldn't be too bad if you get there close to noon
The one in Soho doesn't take reservations. Nor does the one in Farringdon. The one in Bank, however, does.
Also - for lunch on a Saturday... should be ok so long as you make it an early one. Might have to queue for about half hour but you can nip for a drink for that wait.
...but if lobster's what you want, then it's a good price.
I've only ever had to wait like 30 mins on a Saturday night before so lunch time will be quieter.
and ordered a burger?
Apparently the burger's awesome. But you're a) paying £20 for it and b) subsidising everyone else's lobster so... it's a poor choice whichever way you slice it.
Then steal as much lobster off my girlfriend's plate as I can without getting stabbed with a fork.
How would that go down?
Am i right?!?!
Very, very messily.
just out of curiosity
it was nothing special at all
...but ordered lobster to go with it.
Burger is nice. Same as the one in Goodman. Well over priced though.
the in-flight magazines presenting an impression of your city you don't recognise
there's a good thread to be done by someone less lazy on inflight magazines
