bar the ending I quite like the concept behind the latest Lynx campaign
Littelwoods ad where a family are camping, and pausing each other with some remote control.
Didn't patronise me, or tell me what is "is" to be a man, or have a "wacky" Asian in it (for wackiness purposes), or use words as verbs that shouldn't be used as verbs.
who sprays deodorant over their clothes?
am i doing it wrong or do they just want people to use more deodorant by spraying it diagonally over their chest as well?
but no it's more that it's pretty much the same ending every lynx advert has had since the beginning of time.
and then having to spray it so close to your skin that it melts it. Looks better on the telly I mean.
Mr Footlong Hotdog Inventor, Mr Wrestling Wardrobe Designer, Mr. Really Bad Toupee Wearer. Those were great.
The gospel singers singing "ripping off heads" for the Wrestling one was top, top ad work.
the person that i'm expected to be anymore
*incredibly flimsy walls fall over*
it was scorsese btw if anyone was wondering
AND ALSO CATS
Also this one: www.youtube.com/watch?v=1BCieS2Opco
the amnesty dollar's so hot rn
there's a new one to coincide with the start of the new season where he says "...and you can cash out...before the game has even finished". The tone in his voice leads me to think he's going to say "...before the game has even started", and then I laugh at just how ridiculous that would be if he did actually say that.
they're just utterly insane
Softmints Mister Soft
A supernoodles ad from the 90s
Birdseye Potato Waffles from the 80s but just for the song really
Usually because it means you were at the cinema but great when it aired on television too. Touch of magic.
Watching it now it's actually horrendous. I mean it's hard to know how it got made.
but its the one with the black lads and the crows?
never seen this skittles advert before (NSFW)
This one was though, makes me crack up every single time. Don't think it ever ran in the UK though: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7HEF49nMsM8
All the skittles ones are complete amazing nonsense.
seriously, why cant all advertising be this different?
(actually do what they say and put your finger to the screen, it works better that way)
apart from this one https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Imn7YiIU8HM
Remember just laughing about it for ages and then laughing at the memory of it - only ever saw it once.
Looking back it's not that great...
