A tedious thread about good headphones that don't break
Anyone got some?
My make was great but have gone bankrupt so the bits I need to replace aren't available anymore.
Any thoughts on bluetooth ones?
Will spend a fair bit quite happily if they're worth it as I'm currently burning through earphones like firewood.
THANKS x
Get RHA
They're pretty reliable but also have a 3 year warranty. I had some which broke (which was my fault) after about a year and they replaced them no fuss. http://www.amazon.co.uk/s/ref=bl_sr_electronics?ie=UTF8&field-keywords=RHA&index=electronics-uk&search-type=ss
headphones or earphones?
don't buy shures. they fall to bits really quickly.
Happy with either to be honest
But maybe headphones.
Just don't want to have to buy a new pair every 3 months. Ta!
AKG 451
^ autofill. The cables break but are replaceable and only cost a few quid, and the headphones are amazing.

£50 from Richer Sounds - great stuff.

I've got some Panasonic RP-HTX7s
Not too pricey, pretty good sound, have survived the past 18 months despite me taking next to no care of them. They've taken a serious kicking and survived being rained on a bunch of times and keep on going regardless.
I've currently got two different pairs of Sony headphones on the go
MDR-150 on my iPod which are also DJing one (http://www.sony.co.uk/electronics/headband-headphones/mdr-v150) and MDR-ZX300 on my computer (http://www.sony.co.uk/electronics/headband-headphones/mdr-zx300) They're cheap, but hard to break, and they sound loads better than much more expensive ones I've had (Panasonic and WESC at around the £50 mark). I'm not going to bother with anything else now.
I'm not in the studio
So masdive posure headphones aren't on for me. In ear only.
