what does your programming look like? stats? strongman or powerlifting? crossfit or bodybuilding? olympic lifting is just weight related magic tricks? are you sure you're eating enough? eat more. mark rippetoe or zyzz? natty or enhanced? equipped or raw? do you even cardio?
