Peanuts - absolutely. Bash a few up, keep some whole and then just bung them on the top when you're ready that's if you haven't eaten all of them whilst cooking you stupid fucking pudding. Good on thai/vietnamese etc type food.
Pine nuts - you better believe it. Bit pricey and you do need to toast them. Good in salads and mediteranean/middle eastern muck/filth.
Sesame seeds - probably spill half of them on the worktop/floor but they're worth it. Need to toast them but be careful out there as they can burn like that *does some sort of clicking thing*
Almonds - Flaked, toasted quickly and bunged in some cack looking curry or in a chilli carrot salad and you my friend are in for a treat. The spaniards love them too but they also like lobbing donkeys out of towers so be warned.
