Why did you do that? It works fine when it is silent.
(mine silent, collesgues x2 ratchetty)
oh right, got you now. mine has a button to switch between ratchetty and free-wheeling. always leave it on ratchetty.
I never knew such evil walked the earth.
I need the precision, balonz. I've also got two programmable buttons on the side, they're pretty good. set up as ctrl and shift at the moment, with a few application specific deviations.
got my eye on one of these bad boys too
but you should be deeply ashamed.
This one has blue lights on that you can't turn off and a button that changes the DPI.
Dunno why. Don't think that button does anything actually.
Also got a nice ergonomic mouse pad with a wrist rest.
No idea what a ratchetty mouse is. Doesn't ratchetty mean grumpy/cranky?
I'm talking about a mouse that makes a shit load of noise when you scroll that wheel up and down, the wheel that sits between the right and left mouse buttons.
It's virtually frictionless. Scrolled through 18,000 rows in Access with a casual flick of the finger yesterday. Boom
see, that's why I like the ratchet. too easy to overscroll otherwise.
I can feel them but you can't hear them.
what an age to be alive
Look at Balonz with his analogue scroll wheel
