Really enjoyed the chilli and ginger one. Had a few pints of that before heading home to listen to some Neil young
going home for the weekend but trying to avoid all the usual guff by camping out in the forest.
Although back at my folks who are away (empty) and have just had a BBQ, now drinking beer and deciding what to watch. Tv is utter gash

my whole thing these days is just buying things in quantities of 1 because otherwise i'm gonna end up about 20 stone and hating myself. i bought a pack of those little brownies you get in supermarkets a few weeks ago and ended up massively depressed after eating all of them in about 1 hour
depending on how much time i spend alone/studying. when i'm being really social all the time i am distracted enough not to bother snacking (and/or constrained by the limits of socially acceptable eating patterns), when i'm home alone for a few days or spending all my time studying i just CANNOT STOP
but this also means i know that i can lose weight really easily when i want to just by not snacking, so right now idgaf
to see if my sushi=healthy assumption is actually founded or not. first two results:
1. The Daily Mail: 'How sushi can make you FAT'
2. The Daily Mail: 'Why sushi is good for you'
everyone said "you've lost lots of weight!" to me in the period between november 2013 and maybe april 2014 but since then they've stopped saying it, not sure if these means i've hit the minimum weight i can reach with the diet "don't bother exercising at all but also don't eat 4 chocolate muffins per day"
i read a thing that said about how japanese people live the longest in the world and that is mainly down to a diet that contains lots of fish, rice and most importantly the portions are "quaint" which means sushi is "good for you" in some respects, i think
want to make some cold coffee for tomorrow but there's leftover meat taking up the space on the only tall enough shelf in the fridge.
gonna spend the evening planning my indietracks outfits i guess.
