'cos I've found it can buy you two cottages in 22,000 sq ft of land by a river
check this out
What will £50k get you where you live?
No other hits in that price range.
actually had a better look
a mobile home
an Equestrian Facility
bungalows on holiday parks in callington
there's no way you could buy that for £50k in london
You could probably get something similar in equivalent places in the UK.
But for me, it's this: http://www.rightmove.co.uk/commercial-property-for-sale/property-44227564.html
"fixtures and fittings". you still pay £22k rent on it
make enough to have a worthwhile profit after £22k rent a year?
let's say that's £1 ingredients £2 profit?
22000 per year, 40k per year on staff,
62000/365.25= ~£170 a day to break even, 85 customers a day
open about 14 hours a day
a customer every ten minutes to break even?
...assuming you pay minimum wage.
it's got murals of wolves baying at aurorae

show me your quaint tourist villages with 1000 year old oak trees and their cut-price housing
has a train station
might just move out there are live off my vegetable garden
Probably a perfectly decent but nothing special 1 bed apartment in the historic centre/university area
Or a larger place slightly out of town maybe needing a bit of work
Or out in the country a small place with land but not in a touristy area or by the sea.
Crikey. Need to start saving up :(
good view of monument.
could get a three bedroom semi-detached in lochgelly
two bedroom terrace is your best
fuck load of holiday bungalows
That's the only sub £50,000 property in my 'hood.
That place looks lovely.
Cheapest is 125k.
