I've only had 17!!! Record low, I think.
Low amount. Not replied to any, i'm too tired.
2 of which concerned cake.
I'd imagine I'd just immediately delete the ones that seem boring
I'm a good employee
Probably 10 or so that required reading properly. I'm not manically busy, as you can tell by my being here. One of my colleagues is on the spectrum I think and has gradually moved in a system where everything is painstakingly logged and emailed round.
Probably best to just let it casually happen as you are, but having 120 or so emails I don't really need would drive me absolutely insane in a reverse compulsive sort of way I think
so there's been no flashpoint. A lot of them mean I have to do something. I just don't need to properly read them.
But I have had many more physical letters, like 20 or something
It's like bloody letters to Santa over here.
4 of those were from a DiSer.
(about 200/300 a day)
With PM facilities to replace internal email.
I'd reply a lot quicker
luckily the entire world seems to be slacking off at the moment, which is good.
The Brazilians have just completely stopped working they had a special national holiday last week just to watch the game.
been pretty quiet. about 10 I think?
We should set up an account to pool all our work emails in, then we all just dip in and answer them at random
"Are you able to action this also, the contractor is chasing me?"
Action as a verb, deleted
Loads of email wankers.
and with just and hour and a half to go it's looking like a relatively quiet day for work emails for me.
depending on who sends them, what the topic is etc, they just go straight in the deleted folder. We get so many BS ones from management, group mails, HR announcements that kind of thing. I don't think anything has come in today just for me.
lots were out of offices.
I need to sort my shit out and get a new job.
One about cake, one about an open day, and one that I dont need to reply to.
Do you not have folders? UGHH YOU PEOPLE.
It's a quieter day tha normal.
I've deleted 80% of the press releases without opening them. The US PRs will start firing out crap about terrible blog bands in a bit.
