Remember when it was a real treat to have a Vienetta for dinner?
At the height of my addiction I was eating one a day. Safe to say I was a chunky monkey.
Despite only costing like a quid. I'll just never be able to get over the magic of having one as a kid and really thinking it was some sort of grandiose expensive dessert.
It's absolutely fine.
Not being snobby about it.
why isn't dis like that anymore?
gino ginelli had the change colour spoons. the boy next door alwyas had it
Mint choc chip, cheers.
Polished it off in a couple of delectable sittings
It felt like a huge extravagance.
I bought one a year or two ago and realised I'd forgotten how difficult they are to eat.
I thought it was a a treat of utmost expense and decadence, and that we were dead special for having it.
Just 6 years later - they're lobbed in as part of a KFC bucket.
possible type of dessert... "will i get us the vienettas now?!"
bloody lovely that gear was.
just one vienetta
give it to me
Sara Lee Chocolate Gateau
It's was my favourite thing when I was little.
you can get supermarket own versions but Sara Lee is unavailable...
Never braved it myself but sounds pretty rad.
was always amazed how those squiggles around the side remained intact. it was always absolutely imperative they didn't melt and smudge inside the box.
