My knee(s) hurt and I'm all out of rice. How do I fix them?
the connective trissue? The iliotibila band? THe soft tissue/ muysacle? How you treat it depends quite alot on diagnosis so don't just be like 'oh i've got bad knees from running, I'll just RICE and put it up with it recurring.' You have optoins, but you should see an expert if it's really bothering you to get a diagnosis.
My knees hurt after running. That's as far as I've got.

RICE for now, but go to see an expert as it's probably caused by an imbalance in your muscles elsewhere - anywhere from your foot all the way up to your core - that's affecting your running style.
I totally ragged my knees from running and was worried that i'd done permanent damage because they were still hurting years down the line - got to see a physio and they reckon it's to do with tight muscles not just around the knee/thigh but also up around the hip/core.
Get yourself to someone who knows what they're talking about.

I swear by them. I have really bad knees from years of high impact sports and also just started up running again. A soak in an Epsom salt bath and it definitely helps with the pain
