Mainly just colourful mush and crisps. Quite nice though.

Street vendor tacos. The best. You just tell them how many you want and what meat you want on them. And if you want onion and coriander. Then you just help yourself to all the other shit. Lime, salsa, guacamole etc.
Loads of tortilla variations. Quesadillas, tostadas, chilaquiles, enchiladas.
Refried beans with pretty much everything.
Tortas which are a meat sandwich covered in sauce and cream.
Tamales which are corn dough stuffed with something, usually meat. Then wrapped in a banana leaf and steamed.
Mole sauce which is a chilli/chocolatey sauce usually served all over chicken.
Empanadas, brilliant massive pork scratchings, a full grilled chicken with rice and stuff, hot chocolate with a big chunk of bread, loads of shit from 7-11/Oxxo
Pretty hungry now.
and ate it whilst reading this thread and looking up photos of other mexican food
