This is sort of linked to the life goals thread.
Not wanting to sound like that American kid who shot people recently in California, but, I too, have never had a relationship. I've had one-night stands, dates, long weekends, but never really a fully blown relationship. I think it's something I'm going to make more of an effort to achieve this summer. If not, day of retribution, and all that.
So, my request to you DiS, is to tell me what you think their value is in life. Do they make life generally better? Can you be truly happy without one? Or, are they simply a factor, along with the other life goals? These are of course basic guidelines and I would be delighted for people to wax lyrical on love.
If this thread doesn't take off, let's talk about the Californian instead and the media's bizarre coverage of it.
