Give me some tips on having a great day
have your pre-game drinks somewhere other than wembley
Meeting my old boss in Uxbridge (he's a QPR fan) for a jar and bite to eat.
I've heard horror stories about the prices inside the stadium.
i meant drink somewhere like Kilburn before going over
I think Uxbridge is sufficiently far away
reading's not a strongpoint
(Asking as I grew up round there, not cos I'm gonna bring my chip shop crew down)
His house looks pretty tidy on Streetview though - Belmont Close
If you lose it'll be a rip off soulless corporate hell hole that you never want to go to ever again
If we carry on with what we've been doing then it will be a win. It's just....
SORRY for posting in the rolling thread.
The last time I went to Wembley to see QPR was 1986 and we lost 0-3. Can't honestly say I'm looking forward to tomorrow at all. Far too stressful.
Despite the 'favourites' tag, I think there is more - I dunno - desperation for QPR to win. Might be wrong, but if (perish the thought) it was you rather than us I sense the overriding emotion would be relief rather than elation
poo financially. Personally QPR's football has been so dire this season I'm struggling to get that excited..........yet. Who am I kidding? 5 pints of Guinness inside of me, surrounded by 38,000 idiots and I'll be crying in my beer when you lot win.
But that semi at Loftus Road was pretty fucking special
You want a sing song with your colours, not a quiet pint of some cask bullshit ffs
But yes other than that sound advice.
No surrendering it up at passing by people with ginger hair. Throwing celery about. God save the queen bringing a tear to the eye before kick off.
WE'LL SEND IN GEREMI
Due to Gareth Bale
And Athletico behaving like Stoke
Still feel dirty though
Bring on Decima
have a massive soft spot for Ancelotti, and think Real finally getting La Decima against their city rivals would be a pretty good story. Likewise, I like a lot of Atletico's players, hugely admire their absolute fucking boss of a manager, and think them winning it would be an incredible story.
Probably erring towards favouring Atletico.
And I want to see Ronaldo miss a penalty and I want to see Sergio Ramos sobbing like a wee lassie. That'd be nice.
Ancelotti will probs get the boot if real don't win it won't he? madness
20 of us going. Meeting at a cafe for breakfast at 9:30 before the good ship opens at 10am, then pub crawling it through Kilburn to Wembley.
As long as we don't get spannered I don't really care about going up. We've been pretty turgid all season. All I care about is the players showing the same passion and commitment that they did in that second leg against Wigan that has started to rebuild the bond between the fans and the players.
Well, that and getting our Richard Dunne song going
RICHARD DUNNE DUNNE DUNNE DER DUNNE
We're Block 109
perfectly placed for Charlie's las....no. no jinx
