Don't stop though, maybe just do a bit less, because I think I remember feeling like that before but now I'm going through a phase where I love it, so just because it's making you feel like that at the moment, doesn't mean it always will

but it might be because you're "tired". Sitting in your room eating battenburg cakes your mum brings you all day will mean your bodies "out of shape" (sorry if this post is too medically orientated)

I always need to eat something really unhealthy and calorific after exercise
What you eat (or don't eat) afterwards seems like the most plausible cause. It's almost certainly not the exercise itself
weird wave of depression for like a little while that hits 20 minutes or so before I finish. either too much cortisol or you're just mental
