well I laughed...
but do they have to be on holiday again? Surely they could get some leeway from them all being at university to go for a different obvious premise; especially given that one main strength of the series was the sort of normality of the setting
I agree that having them go to uni would be a sensible and good progression to the plot.
can't wait to see people's reactions, brilliant teaser
also it doensn't give away any of the plot or the funniest jokes.
"Anyone worth talking to, listening to, or allowing to breathe, will agree that the inbetweeners series was good, and that the movies sucked in comparison, and that this movie will suck more. How good can it be when the moment they choose to whet our appetites is a far less funny version of a joke that's already been done in the series.
If you disagree...Well, I'm not talking to you, you're not worth listening to, and that's MY fucking air you're breathing"
"It wasn't the hugest of genocides... and nor was it one of the most historically traumatic... but it was certainly the dumbest."
but the tv show is terrible, the film was good
this wont be
Series 1 = Great
Series 2 = Poor
Series 3 = Poor
Movie = Great
not as good as the first one but still pretty good.
the waterslide bit probably one of the top 5 film scenes ever.
simon bird's really hench now, wish i had his physique
a few laughs but not a great film. Didn't really have any direction or plot and was a bit of a disappointment after the first movie, which I enjoyed thoroughly.
only just started watching The Inbetweeners and find myself literally pissing myself.
I'm on series two.
Yet to see any of the movies.
that time will not be kind to this minor phenomenon. I have watched all the TV series and the 1st film. No doubt I'll catch this film soonish. Fact is it's a bit like The Young Ones, it's generational television / film. Except The Young Ones kind of knew when it's time was up. A few (at least) actors in The Inbetweeners are dangerously in, um, danger of being typecast which is a shame as they seem very good. The show nails lads at that age very well. It always makes me think back to when a mate of mine when I was 16 was swearing in conversation with me, an old man (70ish) said mind your language sonny, to which my mate replied immediately, no thought at all "suck my cock Grandad". I could barely walk through laughter. Cruel, but yeah, this show does / did this well.
