-Boxes which list nutritional values for per quarter of a pizza to try to hide how unhealthy they are.
All chocolate on the planet is like 560 calories per 100g. Yet most packets will only list uncalculatable portion sizes rather than say that.
Will I just order you a pizza every single day delivered to your house

what I do is sometimes get a tin of soup, heat it up, poach an egg in it, serve that with a pork pie / sausage roll
and I'm embarrassed to have repeated myself as a consequence of having no life

Bread is seriously full of calories. We just don't think it is as it's a staple or Western society. Look at this:

That's not that much. Carbs are the issue with bread.
As for that comparison, a doughnut IS bread just with sugar added. So you're essentially comparing a small amount of bread to a fucking massive half baguette worth of bread. Not surprising they're almost similar in calories. And that's before you get to the sugar in the doughnut that won't show up as calories but makes it much more unhealthy.

trying to work out the calories in a pack of them is like taking a math exam. It's also misleading as fuck as it lists the calorie content per 35grams or something like that and you're like 'wow thats really low calorie' but it turns out it means per 35g AFTER you've included water and I don't think it tells you how much it weighs after you've added water on the package and it doesn't really give any clear indication that it means after you've added water either.
scan the barcode of the packet with the app
but 100 ml equals 100 g, so it's not hard to do the calc.
especially if you go for say an hour's walk it is probably only burning 250 calories. It takes one slice of pizza to power a whole human being for one hour.

295 cal per third. Doesn't seem to bad. I'm eating it all of course.

2 x Cheese Strings ('spaghetti' version)
3 x waffa-thin ham slices
2 x glass of red wine
Probably similar calorific value to a couple of slices of pizza
Not sure of wine but maybe 300 for that. About 960 altogether if cheesestrings are around 100 which I think they are?
