  • Just 1000 calories like that. Easy.

    barleysugar | 2 May '14, 16:39 | X
  • because you find it difficult to eat enough calories?

      • i think you've done this thread but yeah, that's annoying, calories are delicious

i guess everyone's metabolism slows down eventually, you have that to look forward to

  • Yum. I might have a pizza tonight

Before going and drinking my own face off for 72 hours, gonna be fun.

    RFWare | 2 May '14, 16:41 | X
  • I dislike

-Boxes which falsely claim the pizza inside serves 2 people.
-Boxes which list nutritional values for per quarter of a pizza to try to hide how unhealthy they are.

    • This for chocolate stuffs

All chocolate on the planet is like 560 calories per 100g. Yet most packets will only list uncalculatable portion sizes rather than say that.

Will I just order you a pizza every single day delivered to your house

don't think it mentioned pizza though so you're good

      j0hn @barleysugar | 2 May '14, 16:57 | X
    • we havent clarified your order

Any sides? I'm gonna order a 16 inch every day cos accepting a delivery of them is always a laugh

  • It's bread man

Bread is seriously full of calories. We just don't think it is as it's a staple or Western society. Look at this:

    http://www.artfido.com/blog/photographic-series-showing-what-200-calories-looks-like-in-different-foods/

An (almost) whole doughnut is the same as half a baguette.

    Bread. Fucked up yo.

    • Pleasently surprised by how much doughnut you get for 200 calories

might change to the doughnut diet

      Yesiamaduck @moker | 2 May '14, 17:52 | X
    • A slice of brown bread is about 75 calories

That's not that much. Carbs are the issue with bread.

As for that comparison, a doughnut IS bread just with sugar added. So you're essentially comparing a small amount of bread to a fucking massive half baguette worth of bread. Not surprising they're almost similar in calories. And that's before you get to the sugar in the doughnut that won't show up as calories but makes it much more unhealthy.

      Bread.

      Lucien @moker | 2 May '14, 18:03 | X
      • "the sugar in the doughnut that won't show up as calories"

  • No issue here

    half a pizza for breakfast
    full one for lunch
    full one for dinner

  • I had some super noodles recently

trying to work out the calories in a pack of them is like taking a math exam. It's also misleading as fuck as it lists the calorie content per 35grams or something like that and you're like 'wow thats really low calorie' but it turns out it means per 35g AFTER you've included water and I don't think it tells you how much it weighs after you've added water on the package and it doesn't really give any clear indication that it means after you've added water either.

    Yesiamaduck | 2 May '14, 17:48 | X
    • ok

    • who gives a fuck about zero calorie water?

but 100 ml equals 100 g, so it's not hard to do the calc.

      TheWza @Yesiamaduck | 3 May '14, 11:10 | X
  • It does seem a lot

especially if you go for say an hour's walk it is probably only burning 250 calories. It takes one slice of pizza to power a whole human being for one hour.

    steinbolt | 2 May '14, 17:55 | X

    4 x potato waffles
2 x Cheese Strings ('spaghetti' version)
