am I officially old now?
I think I'm old too :(

I did my back when I was 26. Never been the same since.
You might not be officially old, but it will bloody feel like it when your Cilla plays you up
Stay fit and healthy with regular exercise, particularly abs and lower back muscles. Avoid any sports or workouts that are likely to build up one side of the body more than the other (left-handed wanking every other night, then) as this will put strain on your body. Try to maintain a good balanced posture if you can
Yoga is a cocoon for old people ya
you're quite active right? you probably just need to do shitloads of stretching. which is pretty boring, but still.
thats been for a few years and now it just aches loads of the time all over.
i need to yoga more
also i sat in one of those posture chairs and it was amazing
apparently that can be quite common and nothing to worry about. still really worried though.
also if i stand up for longer than about 45 minutes then my back and legs ache, that's hereditary i think
pilates is is basically yoga without the spiritual guff and the positions that are super risky for your neck and spine
so do that
