I'm on a five day weekend. Just listening to Kelis and having a couple of coleslaw cobs, a kiwi, and some of these http://is.gd/enCktG then gonna have a bit of a cycle. x
I may chance it and leave early seeing as I got made to be in the office today instead of working at home like I should be… drag drag drag like the time corpse of the day
Bored as fuck. Can't fuck about too much either as the stroppy employee is sat opposite. Hard to be the boss if you're seen to constantly be doing fuck all.
(bottle of coca cola, mexican 3 bean wrap, double chocolate cookie) there was already £1 in the self-service machine. really brightened up my day (writing an essay about crimes committed by private military contractors during the iraq war).
And the person behind the counter became mega nervous, looked at my ID then typed something in the till (?! I'm 24 ffs) and ended up giving me a ridiculous random amount of change that was about a quid thirty too much. I felt like I'd done it at gunpoint or something idk.
Oh well almost hometime.
But I have to work tmoerrow, and when I say 'work' I mean show up and shut my office door, slide the sign to Meeting In Progress, shut the blinds, and sleep.
tomorrow niorning, nor doing any crunches or lunges. I'll probably roll out of bed at 8.55 and into the first suit I see, wearing yuesterday's pants, and sleepwalk to the office like something that the cat has dragged in.
(thanks to you) that I'm going to prance around getting ready for my party tonight by listening to Sussdio on repeat. That shoudl ensure I'm definitely not late for it.
I've been a big Genesis fan ever since the release of their 1980 album, Duke. Before that, I really didn't understand any of their work. Too artsy, too intellectual. It was on Duke where Phil Collins' presence became more apparent. I think Invisible Touch was the group's undisputed masterpiece. It's an epic meditation on intangibility. At the same time, it deepens and enriches the meaning of the preceding three albums. Christy, take off your robe. Listen to the brilliant ensemble playing of Banks, Collins and Rutherford. You can practically hear every nuance of every instrument. Sabrina, remove your dress. In terms of lyrical craftsmanship, the sheer songwriting, this album hits a new peak of professionalism. Sabrina, why don't you, uh, dance a little. Take the lyrics to Land of Confusion. In this song, Phil Collins addresses the problems of abusive political authority. In Too Deep is the most moving pop song of the 1980s, about monogamy and commitment. The song is extremely uplifting. Their lyrics are as positive and affirmative as anything I've heard in rock. Christy, get down on your knees so Sabrina can see your asshole. Phil Collins' solo career seems to be more commercial and therefore more satisfying, in a narrower way. Especially songs like In the Air Tonight and Against All Odds. Sabrina, don't just stare at it, eat it. But I also think Phil Collins works best within the confines of the group, than as a solo artist, and I stress the word artist. This is Sussudio, a great, great song, a personal favorite.

what
who's come on Epimer?
your mum
I want you to complain about how shit it is being at work
What a thoroughly British kink.
kink?
surely that's the most vanilla act possible in the UK.
I'd say its normal behaviour
but not normal to orgasm over - hence it being thoroughly British, and a kink...
disastrous
you'd be permanently aroused
you'd have to move to, like, California or something
I'm actually busy enough that time's flying by
My boss just complained about the support staff being allowed to leave early "just because it's a holiday". She's nice.
well don't let me disturb you
busy bee

HOW IS IT ONLY 2:22
Can't leave work until Royal Mail turn up at 4:17
Yep - that exact.
Bored as fuck. Can't fuck about too much either as the stroppy employee is sat opposite. Hard to be the boss if you're seen to constantly be doing fuck all.

when I went to purchase my lunch
(bottle of coca cola, mexican 3 bean wrap, double chocolate cookie) there was already £1 in the self-service machine. really brightened up my day (writing an essay about crimes committed by private military contractors during the iraq war).
did you buy that from the coop?
Chickens are really branching out in what they offer
nah, M&S
poor co-op could probably have done with the business though
I bought a packet of skins earlier
And the person behind the counter became mega nervous, looked at my ID then typed something in the till (?! I'm 24 ffs) and ended up giving me a ridiculous random amount of change that was about a quid thirty too much. I felt like I'd done it at gunpoint or something idk.
Oh well almost hometime.
Where's a good pub near The Barbican that won't be too rammed early evening?
I'm meeting my dad there and I don't wanna wait for 45 minutes without headphones.
Jugged Hare?
might be rammed though. (Probably will be).
Two Brewers on Whitecross Street
(Jugged Hare will be full of City types)
That's it.
Everyone else has left.
I'M GOING TOO
Later, suckers.
I took a two hour lunch and I'm leaving at 5
But I have to work tmoerrow, and when I say 'work' I mean show up and shut my office door, slide the sign to Meeting In Progress, shut the blinds, and sleep.

Unlike PB, I'll not be doing a 40 mintue shower routine
tomorrow niorning, nor doing any crunches or lunges. I'll probably roll out of bed at 8.55 and into the first suit I see, wearing yuesterday's pants, and sleepwalk to the office like something that the cat has dragged in.
You might murder a few homeless people on the way to work though?

(thanks to you) that I'm going to prance around getting ready for my party tonight by listening to Sussdio on repeat. That shoudl ensure I'm definitely not late for it.

Do you like Phil Collins?
