wanna make more healthy soups, for lunch and that. saving pennies and being fitter etc.
got any recipes, DiS?
really, really isn't worth making soup. Just pick up covent garden or some other one on offer for a quid and away you go. Got some Yorkshire Provender - tomato with wensleydale cheese in the other day for £1, was great and much better than anything you will make yourself.
Happy to help
Not sure about that tbf

You can pretty much blitz up anything, leftovers of salad bags, veg peelings, the lot, and make up a soup. Otherwise just buy it in, it won't save you money. An onion and a stock cube alone probably costs the same as a tin of value soup.
cut a butter nut squash into chunks and roast(are they even still in season?)
whilts thats happening soften up an onion in a pan, add chilli and garlic.
add the roasted squash to pan along with some veggie stock.
blitz it with a food processor. heat. eat.
Used it once.
Had a tin of Heinz Oxtail the other day. Was alright. Basically tasted like Heinz Ravioli without the pasta.
