especially important with meat
heating them breaks the tough to digest skin so they are healthier/its easier to absorb the nutrients

Cooking the food breaks down the food making it easier to digest and therefore spend less time digesting and more time eating

food always tastes better when it's cold: no exceptions
(nb this doesn't mean uncooked)
who can't deal with warm food.
oh I can deal with it alright, I just choose not to
Take out of the pack, slice, whack an inch of butter on each slice, enjoy. None of this toasting business for me no sir.
cold toast ftw
