I am "time poor" in the morning (I like sleeping), so don't have time to sit down and eat something. At the moment I normally get whatever breakfast bar or biscuit is on offer in Sainsburys but it feels wrong to eat a biscuit first thing and they've probably got loads of sugar in them.
Does anyone have any suggestions for anything I can buy or make in advance that can be eaten on the go and is healthy and filling? It doesn't even need to taste that nice, my taste buds don't wake up until 9. When I could be bothered over the winter I was eating plain porridge and that was fine. Is a porridge bar a thing?
