I totally wouldn't be up at 2am on a Sunday. Here I am nearly up at 3.
but suffering fever, insomnia, stomach trouble and sinus blockage. better to dick around the internet than toss and turn aimlessly
I keep getting confused when looking at clocks though, trying to work out what the "real" time is and if that clock has even been changed. I think I went to bed at 9:30 last night (GMT) which would have been unthinkable before. But as the clock said 10:30, it seemed OK.
a) it's only one hour
b) it's not from flying.
Friday evening - clocks go forward. At 4pm it becomes 5pm and everyone can go home / to the pub early. Then Saturday or Sunday night the clocks go back an hour so everyone can have a lie-in or an extended night out.
not sure it's to do with the clocks changing. definitely shat me up on saturday night when i looked at the clock and it was 3:30am and i'd done nothing all day
in the first 3.5 hours (or 2.5 hours in this case) of a day. Don't beat yoursefl up.
has referred to 0300 on saturday as "saturday night"
so I'm just struggling with that at the moment
just looked at the clock when i got up on sunday and was like "1pm eh? cool" then got on with the day
even despite being absolutely wrecked and staying up all night on Saturday. can only assume that at some point on Wednesday I'll just pass out where I'm stood.
yep, feel wrecked this morning.
Of jetlag or illness from an hour's difference, dweebs.
For a manufacturer of products that make money from convincing people they need a light box to adjust their sleep patterns.
and she's got the science to prove it. Where's your science, man
Yeah my sleep has regulated since I got my light box.
He word is 'light box'.
Though that's not massively unusual in itself.
My old flat had a manual clock on the microwave, apart from that it was phones and a digital radio which updated automatically. You could just go to bed on Saturday and wake up at the usual time on Sunday but just feel more tired than normal.
