I like ashtanga yoga. it feels a little bit more dynbamic than some other forms which are basically not much more than relaxing stretching. If you do decide to get into it, I have a spare copy of Yoga Mala I can send to you.

then I got a rash all over my body, turns out to be either glandular fever or just a random virus. Then things seemed better but my foot started hurting. Just a twinge at first then I couldn't walk without excruciating pain. Seems better now but the rash is getting worse and my bad throat is back.
stupidly thought I'd celebrate this fact with a few cigarettes on tuesday night and now suddenly have a throat that feels like it's full of razors and the lungs of a chimney sweep

It really is about all I've got going for me, and I do work hard at it, and as a result it is strong and healthy and fit and it looks and feels nice. So I have absolutely no shame in saying "body, I love you, you are a very good body, well done", as if it was a child who had done well in a spelling bee.
still a bit tubby but down from 12.5 stone to 11.5.
look better with a beard and short hair.
