Peanut butter for me I think.
You massive ponce.
butter: President (salted)
In either lump or spreadable form. it's just so good.
I love peanut butter but it has to be on top of butter butter.
Now I haven't actually tried it but I'm convinced it would be my favourite. Half price at the moment so might get some.
they have it in my local sainsbury's. I too am convinced it will be my favourite thing ever and as I quite like my figure as it is, I am not going to buy it for this reason. do be sure to come back and tell me how horrible it actually is though!
The last time I tried a novelty spread (Cadbury's Philadelphia) I ate nothing else for a week.
I'm going to take the plunge. Kinda want to spread Lotus spread on Lotus biscuits but I'm not sure the universe could handle it.
if they have the crunchy one you should try that as well.
pretty special on vanilla ice cream
delicious, instead of pb&j, i do cb&j
i'm an olive spread kinda guy
As such my favourite is the salted version of whichever butter costs closest too but not more than £1.30 per 250g
I guess marmite is my most used spread. I also like all of the other nice preserves and jams and marmalades my girlfriend's parents have on their breakfast table. I've been really fancying some toast and marmalade today actually. I also like sandwich spread and fine pates and soemtimes that squeezy cheese stuff and roule I like that too. Ooh and that polish salami cheese spread. And I like Nutella, but it isn't my best. I like other spreads too.
never the cheap stuff. got to have proper lemon oil.
I don't understand how nobody else can do this. It's a pure butter, but it spreads straight from the fridge. All the other spreadable "butters" are actually combinations of butter and margarine/vegetable oil/olive oil etc.
Normally when I good idea like this comes along, within a few months several other producers would have made their own version. Yet, Mainland remains the only player in this market, and the product has been around for years. So of course it's more expensive and hardly ever on special. Why oh why can't some other gigantic food corp (I think Mainland is a parmalat company) come up with a rival? Bloody annoying.
As far as spreads go, vegemite all the way. I do love a chutney or relish as well, but let's keep them in a separate category.
