So no jobs for me. Looks fucking perfect as well. Fucks sake.
Just apply and don't mention it. Seven months is a long time. Just start dropping hints around June/July time that you might go to university, then let them know with a month's notice.
it's probably worth putting some effort into pretending the dog thing isn't true.
if you get it you can hand in your notice in august, or you can decide to stay on and sack of uni if you really do seem to think its the "perfect" job.
They'll totally understand. And as fappable says, it may be that you love it so much, you decide to postpone university anyway. Nothing saying you can't.
you're keeping your options open
listen, you're not deceiving them, recruiters know that the people they recruit are not necessarily going to stay long.
By pointing out that "with a passion for website and IT" has a typo in it that makes them look like they ran the ad through Google translate and back again, the stupid fucking cunts.
In those exact words.
and submit it with the application.
If you get yourself in for the interview then you can ask about the length of the contract and potential of it being extended etc.
From the answers to these you can gauge whether to mention Uni. If the contract is fixed until August then it may just work in their favour to have someone that wants to work but only for a fixed short period. It's worked for me before
nobody wants substandard verbal communication
But aren't very good at communicating it.
You'll fuck it up anyway when you get to the 'what are your biggest weaknesses?' question in the interview and spend 45 minutes going through all your failures.
Can't put a price on integrity.
25 year olds who haven't had a job for 6 months who are planning on staying a maximum of 6 months then going to University are truly the holy grail of recruitment.
Depending on the job and level of training. If you're easily replaced then they'll be like oh great even if he's shit it's only a few more months.
ergo, play it ad hoc. qed
where are you off to?
I'm still about to send my cover letter which includes a bit about going to uni in September... why
just missing out a bit of information that really wouldn't affect their employing you.
As it's not about the long term..
and because for some reason I think it sounds good saying I'm going to be studying Web Development when applying for a Web Administrator job. Also because I'm an idiot.
if you know for a fact that they don't need or want the temporary role to run until beyond September, that's solid reasoning to mention it.
Please give me the job, because just after I finish the contract I'm going to uni to learn how to do the work you need done now.
