The neediest cookbook on earth.
1. Put a couple of tablespoons of soy sauce, a couple of olive oil, a couple of water, one of dijon and two of honey into a pan and very gently heat. This will create a sweet honey mustard drizzling sauce.
2. Grill salmon which has had a little bit of salt/rosemary rubbed in and left to prepare in the fridge an hour previous.
3. Chop spring onion into really tiny pieces.
4. Put the onion on the salmon, drizzle the sauce on top. You could serve this with any kind of veg - I particularly love sweet potato or leek with it but whatever.
