all sorts (rooms/flats/appartments) I must be able to get a receipt for it though
when I say 3-6month rolling contract, I am referring to the jobs that I would be doing in london
hmm
have i phrased this badly? or should i have posted under a psynomyn
What do you mean?
You need a place for 3-6 months in London, and you need a written contract for it?
i am considering taking a contract for working in london, 3 or 6 months
possibly rolling, Im considering whether to commute from Bham everyday, or getting a flat/room/appartment in London. I will need to be able to get a reciept for the accomodation, I naturally expect to pay for it.
I would like to know if anyone has any info on prices or that sort of thing
Short contracts aren't particularly common
For a situation like yours, I'd more often be inclined to look to sub-let from someone else - but I doubt that would give you the 'receipt' you're looking for.
Is it just a Mon-Fri let you're looking to get, because I'm sure there there are places where you can get these.
In terms of prices - like all these things, it completely depends how much you're willing to spend. Maybe have a look on Gumtree if you know what area/stations you'd like to be near, and perhaps that'll give you a better idea.
I can confirm that there are rooms, flats AND apartments available in London
hmm perhaps i should take the contract in glasgow
they might be more helpful
short contracts are a thing
in my experience a lot of shared places the landlord's renew the contract every 6 months or a year
nice sentenece there, Shakespear

Look on Spare Room or Gumtree for Mon-Fri lets
Or serviced apartments if your work's paying for it.

I (creaky's MD) have considered whether or not to pay for creaky (my minion) to have some one clean up for him, but decided that HE can wipe up after himself.
erm that wasnt meant to be a ta dah
It was just meant to be a 'ta' as in. .thank you..
Dis seems to have a new feature where it memorises what you have typed before and for some reason, presumes that you with to type the same thing in again.
or should I contract in glasgow?
